Main Contractor for G: Change Room Upgrade at Mt Aspiring College (the school)

The school has looked at refurbishing the showers and changing room areas in the past. The scope of the work is to replace various items in the changing rooms due to being past these being past their workable life as well as wear and tear.

The Contract Works required are:
The scope of work includes the shower trays, shower fittings and fixtures
New interior linings to be installed including the ceiling, walls and floor coverings.
The mechanical services, both heating and ventilation, are to be assessed and determined their needs for upgrading.
Installation of new lighting.
Provide Emergency Lighting.
Replacement of some windows, doors and exterior linings.
There is a likelihood of some asbestos removal
