Totora has approximately 55 Pupils and three teaching spaces. It is situated in Totora, approximately 75 minutes drive North of Dunedin and 15 Minutes’ Drive South of Oamaru.
Totora wish to allocate their Learning Support Coordinator funding (LSC) to a new prefabricated multi use space.
• New joinery and fixed fittings.
• Bathroom and Kitchenette
• New LED lighting.
• New sound reducing linings to the walls.
• New double glazed windows and doors.
• New accessible ramp.
• New Emergency Lighting to the entire Block.
• New fire alarm to the entire Block (with a possible underground connection to the main alarm).
• Heating heat pump.
