Main Contractor for N2, G, M Roofing Works & G Decking Works at Rotorua Primary School, Rotorua

General Scope of Works

Deck Works

Demolish and remove the existing deck, ramp and stairs.
Construct a new timber deck structure, including new ramp, stairs and bleacher seating.
Install new stainless steel handrails and balustrades.
Connect the new deck to surrounding areas with new concrete pathing.
Make good all disturbed grassed areas.

Roofing Works (including shed)

Remove existing solar panels and safely store for reinstatement.
Remove and replace existing roofing.
Install new welded aluminium flashings.
Install new spouting.
Reinstate solar panels to the new roof.
