The Contract Works comprises of replacement of old end-of-life window units
throughout blocks 1,2,3,4,& 6.
Targeted remediation of the existing roofing systems on Blocks 1,2,3,4,7 & 9,
Translucent roofing requires safety mesh in blocks 1,2, & 3.
Selected profiled metal roofing, flashings & new translucent roofing replacements
blocks 7 & 9.
New sky lights Block 4, and all necessary access, scaffolding and health and safety
measures.
