Main Contractor for Roll Growth Classrooms at Pirongia School

The Board of Trustees at Pirongia School are seeking registrations of interest from suitably experiences main contractors for the following:
i. Construction of a new extension to Kawaka Block to add an LSC office, two teaching spaces, a breakout space, workroom and three toilets. The new floor area being added is 219.37m²
ii. Construction of a new caretaker’s shed to replace the existing building
iii. Clearing of the old courts area of the site and returning the area to grass
iv. Construction of a completion of the boundary fence where the courts are removed

The proposed programme of works is:
i. Indicative Start date: 17/4/23
ii. Indicative completion for Caretaker’s shed: 17/5/23
iii. Indicative Due Date for Completion: 17/10/23
