Main Contractor for Roof Replacements at Silverstream School

The BOT at Silverstream School are seeking the services of a main contractor to undertake the construction works for Silverstream School Block C, E and G Roofing works including some minor repitching.

This project will include both metal roofing replacements and FiberTite roofing membrane, this product cannot be substituted so please ensure you are licensed to use this.

This includes:

• Demolition of roofing
• Removal & replacement of spoutings and downpipes
• Relocation of air conditioning units to the ground
• Installation of new metal roofing
• Installation of roofing overlay system
• The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion.
