Main Contractor for a Roofs, gutters and Clearlite replacement project at blocks A, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L & M at Napier Central School.

Block A: Re-fix roofing materials, Replace ridge and hip flashings with 200mm wide flashings, Encapsulate existing membrane roof lining with a suitable liquid applied product. Patch repair holes in the roof - back flashings.
Blocks E & J: Re-fix the roof sheeting - screws with suitable washers.
Blocks F & L: Remove the existing translucent sheets and replace with appropriate translucent sheeting such as Alysnite Top Glass.
Block G: Re-screw the roof, install new eave and barge flashings. Patch repair any holes in the roof - back flashings.
Block H: Replace the roof sheeting above the veranda with new trough section 0.55mm bmt Colorsteel roof sheeting.
Block M: Remove and replace the same translucent sheeting panels, install safety mesh below.
Blocks I & K: Remove and dispose of the existing roofing material. Check the existing rafters and purlins for rot or non-compliance structurally - replace if required. Inspect the spouting and replace if required. Supply and install new roof sheeting - 0.55mm bmt Colorsteel to match the current profile.
