Main Contractor for replacement Administration Block at Martinborough School

The Martinborough School Board of Trustees are looking for a main contractor for the demolition of the existing administration block and construction of the new administration block.

The school’s existing staff block is no longer fit-for-purpose and does not meet the operational, functional, or environmental needs of the current staffing cohort.

The new building will provide a modern, compliant, and fit-for-purpose space that supports staff wellbeing, collaboration, and administrative functions. Rebuilding on the existing footprint minimises site disruption, maintains established circulation patterns, and allows the school to continue operating safely throughout the construction period.

Phasing and staging will be required to ensure continuity of school operations, including temporary relocation of staff during demolition and construction.
