- The works are part of the Learning Support Property Modifications (LSPM) and 5YA approved programme.
- The Occupational Therapist Recommendation Report and the Kura's 2025/26 10 Year Property Plan (10YPP) and condition assessments identified the need for an accessible bathroom, associated site accessibility works, and remedial building works, please refer to the request for tender documentation for further information.
