Main Contractor for the Auckland District Court Cladding Remediation (ROI)

The Ministry of Justice are seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced main contractors to provide construction services for the Auckland District Court Cladding Remediation Project.

The works are to be undertaken to ensure safe and secure access is maintained around the exterior of the building and to enable the works to proceed with minimal disruption to the usual building operations and services.
There are three anticipated separable portions to this project:
1. Façade shop drawing design and consenting for the tower.
2. Repairs and maintenance of the Podium stone and marble
3. Remediation of the Tower façade

We are seeking a main contractor who can facilitate the above as well as offer broader outcomes in terms of social, economic, and environmental benefits in delivering this Project.

Procurement process: This will be a multi-step procurement approach (Registration of Interest, and up to four shortlisted respondents invited to a closed competitive Request for Tenders)
