The board of trustees at Royal Oak Primary School are requesting the construction services of a suitably qualified contractor to carry out a replacement of the roof, clearlite and gutters in blocks 1, 3, 7, 10 and Senior.
All Tenderers shall be deemed to have inspected the Site(s) before submitting their Tender.
