Details of the remediation required are in the appended drawings and specifications from the architect, structural engineer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, fire engineer, plumbing and sanitary consultants. It is a pre-requisite that the tenders have sufficient capacity to start site establishment and site works on the 15th of December 2023.
