Main Contractor to undertake weather-tightness remediation works at Blocks A, C, D & J at Onekawa School

The works include the following:
Block A – Classrooms roof - Removal of roof sheeting, roofing wrap, any existing mesh, spouting and flashings and replacement with new corrugated profiled sheeting. New wrap and mesh are provided and the existing insulation is supplemented with additional insulation.
Block A - Remaining roofs – Re-pitch using MC760 profiled sheeting on vented battens on roofing wrap on netting on new purlin framing.
The existing insulation is replaced with new insulation. Replacement of fascia board at the roof step. Replacement of spouting
Block C – Replacement of spouting throughout
Block D - Removal of roof sheeting, roofing wrap, any existing mesh, spouting and flashings, and replacement with new corrugated profiled sheeting on vented battens on roofing wrap on netting on new purlin framing. Replacement of fascia boards.
Block J – Replacement of a small area of membrane roofing and apron flashing
