Main building contractor for the Refurbishment of the Gym Changing Rooms at Tauranga Girls College

A Request for Tender is seeking a main building contractor to price the refurbishment of the existing toilets and changing rooms located at the lower level beneath the original gymnasium at Tauranga Girls College in Tauranga.

The existing toilets and changing rooms are heavily used and all internal fittings and finishes are end of life. The scope of works includes; new toilet and shower partitions, new changing room cubicles, new vinyl floor coverings, new wall finishes, new lighting, new sanitary fittings and tapware, and replacement end of life ventilation fans.

The successful main contractor will be engaged by the Board of Trustees under a Ministry of Education Medium Works Contract.
