Main contractor for refurbishment of plumbing drainage and ventilation at Lyall Bay School (Wellington)

i. This project involves targeted remedial upgrades to the plumbing, drainage, and ventilation systems within Blocks A & J at Lyall Bay School, as identified in the school’s current 10 Year Property Plan.
ii. The outcome sought is to improve functionality, hygiene, and compliance with current building and health requirements while delivering durable, fit-for-purpose facilities. The works will be funded through the 5 Year Agreement and are expected to be undertaken within an operational school environment, requiring careful staging to minimise disruption.
iii. The scope is limited to internal upgrades and associated services, with no other construction works currently occurring on site
