Main contractor for refurbishment of toilet block, new turf installation, and shed replacement at Rotokauri School

The Rotokauri School project comprises a series of facility upgrades to enhance safety, functionality, and learning environments. In Block D, the skylights in Room 2 will be replaced with compliant, insulated units to improve energy efficiency and weather protection. A new Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA) has been constructed. This now needs to be completed with a new artificial turf, perimeter kerbing, fencing with kickboards, concrete pathways, enclosure screens, integrated lighting, and a public address system. Heating solutions will be considered subject to feasibility and budget. In Block C, the Room 5 toilet block will be refurbished with new fixtures and flooring. Additionally, a new kit set,shed/resource room will be constructed that meets current storage requirements and complies with applicable building & MOE standards.
