Main contractor for upper walkway remedials and music room roof replacement at Rotorua Girls High School

The Contract Works required are:
i. The work identified by the school will address ongoing issues with leaking sections of the low-pitch roof at each end of the elevated corridor link between UA and AA.
ii. Replace roofing iron to the lower roof of UA, remove internal gutters and parapet walls replace with external gutters and downpipes, address skylight leaks by improving flashings to provide a durable and weathertight building envelope.
iii. Remedial work to leak damaged internal claddings.
