The purpose of this Advanced Notice is to provide information to interested suppliers regarding the upcoming procurement process for NZTA’s Maintenance and Operations Integrated Delivery Contracts (IDC), which form part of NZTA’s Integrated Delivery Model (IDM).
The IDM refers to the portfolio approach to delivering works through a single model, whereas the IDC refers to the specific contract that will deliver the majority of the physical works requirements.
