NZTA is seeking to understand the capability and capacity of professional services providers to support the delivery of NZTA’s Integrated Delivery Model (IDM). The IDM is NZTA’s future operating model for the maintenance of the state highway network, which will replace the current outcomes-based outsourcing model in April 2026.
