RFP - Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant and Māngere Foreshore Grounds Maintenance Services

Watercare is seeking suitably qualified and experienced grounds maintenance supplier(s) to deliver planned, reactive and emergency grounds maintenance services across the Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant and Māngere Foreshore area
The successful supplier(s) will be responsible for delivering safe, reliable and environmentally responsible services in operational and public-facing environments. The services must be delivered in a way that protects Watercare’s operational assets, public users and the surrounding environment, while maintaining clear reporting, service quality and accountability.
Watercare anticipates appointing one supplier for the Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) area and up to two suppliers for the Māngere Foreshore areas. Watercare may award one or more areas to the same supplier, or separate suppliers, depending on the evaluation outcome and the best overall value for Watercare.
