Map, Chart and Associated Print Services

Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) is seeking proposals for the print and supply of our Topographic Maps, Nautical Charts, the New Zealand Nautical Almanac, and other associated print services.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) relates to the purchase of end‑to‑end Print Management and Associated services for LINZ’s authoritative printed products, specifically:
• Topographic maps
• Nautical charts
• The Nautical Almanac (annual publication)

The procurement includes printing, quality assurance, provision of a customer and retailer ordering portal, distribution coordination, invoicing, and account management services required to supply these products to Crown Agencies, retailers, and the public.

The Deadline for Responses is 27 August 2026 at 11am. Responses must be submitted to the Point of Contact in the RFP.
