Media Monitoring Services

ACC is looking to procure a comprehensive media monitoring service that includes tracking and reporting all relevant ACC mentions from various New Zealand media sources, including: Print Media (newspapers, magazines); Online News Platforms; Broadcast Media (television and radio); Māori media; Relevant industry publications; and Podcasts.
The successful supplier will provide comprehensive, accurate, and timely media monitoring services, ensuring ACC accurately and reliably understands public sentiment on specific topics or issues.
This includes:
• An ACC branded template daily e-Newsletter summarising ACC mentions across media.
• A customisable dashboard for real-time access to relevant media coverage with analytics and visualization tools.
• A monthly report analysing media performance and reputation, including a media analysis (positive, neutral, negative) and a monthly sentiment/reputation score.
