The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is the Government’s lead advisor on the New Zealand education system. We shape an education system that delivers equitable outcomes.
The Government has set the target of all schools providing quality learning environments by 2030 to enable students and teachers to thrive in environments that support their success.
To support this ambition, Te Rautaki Rawa Kura – the School Property Strategy 2030 has the vision that “all schools will have quality learning environments as part of a well-managed and sustainable portfolio that helps deliver equitable and excellent outcomes for every child”.
We are currently planning on establishing a programme on lifts and are seeking market insights to help in the planning process.
