Motueka High School Block G Reroof

This project is for a main contractor working at Motueka High School undertaking the following works.
The school building - Block G (Library) has roofing & Skylights that are failing and no soffit around the perimeter that is contributing to moisture issues around the window leaf’s.
Outcome sought is to undertake the formation of new eves around the perimeter of the building as detailed in the provided drawing set.
This project is a part of is the schools 5YA property funded upgrades.
Requirements for phasing of the project will be confirmed with the successful tenderer in conjunction with the school to ensure minimum impact to the school learning spaces.
The Library will be temporarily relocated during the works with the needing to be completed so the library is reopened for the start of the school year 2027.
