Mould Assessment Services

Oranga Tamariki seeks a provider to carry out mould assessments who can also provide reports on status of mould (progression) and treatment recommendations.
Mould remediation and air sampling may also be considered. We seek these services on an ongoing basis until we have treated, remedied the cause and/or disposed of those properties.
At this stage there is a focus on homes as a priority, however we may require services in work and secure environments, we reserve the right to deploy this agreement towards that purpose if necessary (currently the need in these environments is limited).
For work and secure environments, we reserve the right to approach other suppliers in order to meet budget constraints.
