Multi-Council Water Infrastructure Works Programme – Design & Build Contractor

We are preparing to procure a single or multiple, bundled Design & Build (D&B) procurement packages, comprising a range of water, wastewater, stormwater, and vertical like for like renewals across multiple councils in the Wellington metropolitan region.

Due to current capital delivery requirements, we will be collating remaining council packages, including future-year and brief-ready projects, into one accelerated procurement to enable earlier delivery of priority works.

The intent is to appoint multiple D&B contractors capable of delivering various bundles of capital works across all Wellington Water councils under a streamlined and accelerated delivery model.
