NBL Northern end works

The key scope item for this tender is for the replacement of existing exterior windows and doors – with a double-glazed set. Other important works include remediation of internal steel posts, replacement of the existing balcony balustrade, new flooring (customer areas only) and some Mechanical upgrades including replacement of the existing kitchen hood, 2 x fan coil units (connect to chilled piping and energy meters and BMS). The site works need to occur after Easter 2027 and Practical Completion must be achieved by 11 June 2027.
