NCC Taradale Reservoir Electrical Control

This RFT relates to the engagement of a competent Contractor to undertake the Scope of Works detailed in Section 5 of this document.
NCC have two reservoirs at their Taradale site, complete with valves and supporting infrastructure. To date the Site has not been comprehensively commissioned, and is not delivering on NCC expectations.
The expected outcome of the Project is a fully functional reservoir site.
b. In summary, the Scope of Work includes:
• Disconnect and remove the existing flowmeter, redundant piping, and any other redundant items within the Flowmeter Chamber.
• Install NCC supplied ABB WaterMaster flowmeters for Reservoir Inlet and Outlet flows. Supply and install four isolation valves. Fabricate, supply and install the required pipe specials, fittings, supports, and associated items.
• Fabricate, supply, install and commission a new electrical control cabinet.
• Develop, supply, install and commission all software required for the system to function properly as described in the provided Functional Description.
• Reinstall and seal the Bypass and Flowmeter Chamber roofs.
• Supply and install new valve chambers for inlet, outlet, scour and drain manual valves on both reservoirs.
• Make good surrounding areas.
• As built documentation and O&M manuals.
