THIS IS A NOTICE ONLY FOR THE NZ Industrial Relations Foundation fund AND APPLICATIONS ARE NOT TO BE LOADED ONTO THE GETS SYSTEM

The NZ Industrial Relations Foundation (Inc) (the Foundation) is an educational trust set up to promote, through education, better industrial relations in New Zealand. The application period for the 2023 round of grants is now open.

The Foundation is especially interested in applications relating to research that can be used to promote education on either of the following topics:

1. The long-term impact of COVID-19 (and our response to it) on how we work, particularly topics looking at one or more of the following themes:
a. Changes in working from home or other flexible work arrangements,
b. The impact on mental health and wellbeing, including burnout and exhaustion,
c. The trend of ‘quiet quitting’ and attitudes towards work-life balance,
d. The impact on attitudes towards Health and Safety at work.

2. The role that tikanga can play in the development of employment policy and practice and/or employment dispute resolution processes.

Applications close on 8 July 2023.
