NZQA | Invigilator Workforce Sourcing, Onboarding and Management Model

The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) is seeking information from suppliers who may be able to provide managed services and/or supporting technology to assist with the management of NZQA’s seasonal exam centre workforce.

NZQA engages a large seasonal workforce to support the delivery of external assessments at exam centres located in schools and kura across New Zealand. Workforce demand varies significantly and peaks during the external assessment period from October to December. NZQA is exploring whether changes or enhancements could better support the end‑to‑end management of this workforce.

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather insights into market capability, potential delivery models, and indicative costs to inform future procurement planning and decision‑making.
