The Ministry requires a suitably experienced and competent main contractor to carry out works to the listed projects within the Napier-Hastings Main Contractor procurement bundle starting with the Napier HDC Courtroom 2 Refurbishment project. The Ministry seeks to engage constructively and collaboratively with the main contractor for the duration of this bundled opportunity with a view of achieving value for money and overall efficiencies (delivery, performance, procurement) across all named projects
