National Commercial Cleaning Services ROI/EOI

New Zealand Post is seeking registrations (expressions) of interest from national commercial cleaning services providers.

Providers are asked to submit a registration based on their commercial capability and capacity to service the NZ Post network, accountant management experience and oversight, and commitment to broader social outcomes including workforce development, modern slavery, vulnerable worker protections and sustainability.

Providers will be assessed against the pass/fail pre-conditions and ROI evaluation criteria, those then shortlisted may be invited to a secondary shortlist RFP process for terms and pricing.

The national service coverage provides options to expression interest for:

• Option 1 - A national service provider for all Aotearoa /New Zealand (both islands)
• Option 2 - A national service provider for all Te Ika a Maui /North Island (only)
• Option 3 - A national service provider for all Te Wai Pounamu /South Island (only)
