Nelson City Council is seeking proposals from competent and suitably experienced Contractors for a Two-Stage Early Contractor Involvement (2S-ECI) process. Working along with Consulting Engineer CGW the Contractor will deliver innovative, value adding, efficient, and sustainable technical inputs to the preliminary and detailed design phases of the St Vincent St Culvert Replacement Project. Including agreeing contractual settings and pricing documentation for the subsequent implementation stage of the project. Upon successful delivery of Stage 2’s Pre-Construction Services Agreement requirements the incumbent Contractor will be contracted to deliver the physical construction of the works.
Suppliers are reminded that all communication is to be via questions submitted on GETS, apart from registrations to the supplier briefing which can be sent directly to peter.curry@ncc.govt.nz
