The New Zealand Parole Board, working with the Department of Corrections, has an ongoing need for the accurate and timely transcription of audio tapes recorded from Parole Board hearing and other meetings.
There have been approximately 600 of these transcripts required each month over the last 12 months, with the average duration being 5.4 minutes per audio recording.
This has previously been provided via the wider Justice Sector, but the Parole Board wishes now to establish a nationwide contract for this service.
