Ngata Memorial College - Plumbing & Drainage Remediation Works

The Buyer is seeking a suitably experienced plumbing and drainage contractor to undertake plumbing and drainage remediation works across Blocks A1, B, C1, D, J and Q at Ngata Memorial College, Ruatōria.

The works comprise a series of identified remediation items including septic system repairs, gulley trap lids, downpipe leaf diverters, investigation and repair of a blocked/broken drain, and repair of leaking filtration pipework.

The Successful Respondent will be responsible for confirming site conditions and the extent of the required works and for providing all labour, materials, plant, excavation, disposal, reinstatement, testing, supervision and completion documentation necessary to complete the works.
