The Hauraki District Council is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) for main contractors to carry out the construction of a new Library and Service Centre building for our Plains community, located in Ngātea township. Contractors that have expertise and experience with medium scale public and commercial construction under an NZS 3910 contract are invited to register their interest. This opportunity will be open to sole traders, joint ventures or consortiums with relevant construction track record and capabilities.
The existing building will be demolished, and a new purpose-built facility will be provided at the same site within the Hugh Hayward Domain.
