The Board of Trustees for Norsewood & Districts School, are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the AMS Alterations & Refurbishment Project. .
The Contract Works required are: Classroom upgrade creating a breakout space by removing a wall between classroom and corridor and modernising space with Autex Composition.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.
Contractors must visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval is confirmed.
