This notification is to inform interested suppliers that New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) intends to commence a Market Soundings Exercise late October for one of their pending transformational projects, Enterprise Productivity Phase 2 (EPP2).
EPP2 has been designed to deliver modern productivity solutions and services to allow our personnel to "work anywhere anytime" in pursuit of NZDF's strategic objectives and aspirations. The major components of the project are Productivity Devices (laptops, tablets), Meeting Room Technology as well as M635 user adoption services.
The project has a signed business case from pre COVID and we are now in a pre-aquisition phase hence the purpose of this Market Soundings Exercise is to refine our pricing, requirements and understanding of the supplier market so we can proceed to an intended future procurement in 2024.
