ODC - Commercial Building Construction - Lots 9 & 10 Church St, Opotiki

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is for the provision of construction services associated with Ōpōtiki District Council’s (ODC) commercial development of Lots 9 & 10 , Church Street, Ōpōtiki. The Architects, with a team of consultants are currently completing the final stages of design with a completion date for Tender Documents of 30 June 2021. The building consent will also be lodged at this time. The site is two Lots which have been amalgamated to create a new Lot of 732.56m2.
The building footprint is approximately 800sqm over two floors, with associated siteworks and landscaping. The project also includes separable portions for the provision of street front verandas and remedial works to the current Hospice Building at 105 Church Street. The purpose of this ROI is to solicit proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Construction Contractors in order to select a shortlist of 3 Contractors to submit full proposals. ODC will directly engage the successful contractor for this project and the services will be project managed on behalf of ODC by RDT Pacific.
