Old Johnsonville Library Site Development

This Request for Development Proposals (RFDP) is an invitation to submit your Proposal ("Proposal") for the opportunity to purchase and develop 3-5 Broderick Road and 116 Johnsonville Road ("Site" or "Development Site").
The council wishes to retain an ongoing oversight role to ensure the Land is developed in a manner that contributes to the WCC's vision for Johnsonville, which is detailed in the attached RFDP. The time frame required is for demolition to be completed and new build construction to have commenced within 18 months of execution of the Sale and Development agreement.
This RFDP is a single-stage procurement process, please get familiar with the attached documents.
