Western Bay of Plenty District requires construction upgrade of the existing Prole Road from its intersection on Omokoroa Road for approximately 1700m to the Northern extension, terminating in a cul-de-sac.
The intersection with Omokoroa Road will include widening of Omokoroa Road and alterations to infrastructure by installing a new roundabout. The contract works for the Prole Road upgrade includes construction of a new road corridor encompassing, four new roundabouts and the installation of stormwater, wastewater and water supply infrastructure, landscaping, retaining walls and traffic barriers.
In addition to the above works this contract includes for three provisional sums, subject to approval by Engineer as variation to the contract. Details as per RFT.
Western Bay is seeking an experienced Contractor who understands the requirements of the RFT, has the necessary resources and is committed to successfully completing the Works to Council's expectations.
