Online Content Learning Library

To support Inland Revenue’s (IR’s) approach to performance development (Whanake), IR seeks access to online learning content via subscription to an Online Content Learning Library that offers a broad range of topics, delivered via a range of learning modalities.

An Online Content Learning Library:
• Is a library of self-paced learning to which organisations can subscribe.
• Provides staff within an organisation access to learning content across a broad range of categories and topic areas.
• Will allow IR employees access to thousands of pieces of learning material to meet individual and organisational needs.

IR has adopted a cloud-first policy and approach, so the solution should be a cloud-based, ‘off the shelf’ product which is subscription based to better support our people’s broad yet specific learning needs by providing a wide range of online learning content which integrates seamlessly with Inland Revenue systems.

The solution should offer access for our staff to an Online Content Learning Library that offers self-paced, high quality, flexible learning on a broad range of topics and delivered via a range of learning modalities.
Key priorities for IR in selecting an online learning content library include comprehensive, up-to-date content across diverse subjects, a user-friendly interface fostering easy navigation, robust analytics to track learner progress, scalability to accommodate our evolving needs, a commitment to data security and privacy compliance with industry standards and IR requirements.

Additionally, we value responsive customer support, established and proven integration capabilities with our existing systems to ensure a seamless deployment, and a transparent pricing structure.
We seek a turnkey, ‘off the shelf’ solution that aligns with our requirements and integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Viva Learning and Oracle HCM Redwood (Ātea) with readily available Connectors (API based) or, direct link (eg: no development required).
Providers should be able to showcase substantial experience and success in delivering, integrating, and implementing their solution within enterprise level businesses of similar size to instil confidence in the products effectiveness and reliability.
