Public Toilets
Community Housing (grounds and gardens) - General annual maintenance and tidying of grounds and gardens
Play equipment – minor maintenance
Litter (civic and streetscape
Locking and unlocking gates
Berm mowing
Curb and channel spraying is included in the contract, with frequency requirements to be specified
Cemetery burials
operation and maintenance activities, with all maintenance records required to be captured and regularly updated
Some reactive maintenance (as dayworks)
After hours urgent and emergency works
