Otago Regional Council Taieri Scheme Review

Otago Regional Council (ORC) is undertaking a review and proposed upgrade of the Taieri River Scheme. The review includes the main Taieri River flood protection works, primary ponding zones, and key tributaries Silver Stream, Contour Canal, and Owhiro Stream.

Engineering assistance is now sought from Engineering Consultancies, competent in the assessment and design of flood protection works, including flood risk and protection systems, geotechnical, civil earthworks construction, and associated civil structure design. This includes knowledge and experience relevant to the local Taieri area.
