Otama Valley Road Bridge Renewal

the Gore District Council are planning to renew a single span one lane bridge over the Pyramid Creek on Otama Valley Road, It is envisaged that a 12 mts long x 5 mts wide (estimated length) proprietary concrete structure to meet the requirements of full HN-HO-72 will be installed to replace the 6 mts long existing structure, the contract model will be a design and build solution in line with NZS 3916. We are looking for prospective tenderers to complete the design and physical works by 30 June 2024, and are keen to see tenderers that can deliver a non complex suitable structure in the tight time frame allocated. Resource consent is not required for this permitted activity and Geotechnical investigations, hydrology and survey have been completed and supporting documents are available for viewing if required, please contact the issuer of this notice for further details.
