This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued jointly by Manukau Institute of Technology Ltd (MIT) and Unitec New Zealand Ltd (Unitec). We are seeking a solution for our outsourced Student Support Customer Services and IT Helpdesk service functions.
We are looking for credible suppliers, with an excellent track record, who can deliver an outstanding experience for our customers – our staff and students. In addition, we are looking for a provider who is willing to collaborate on and develop an agreed definition of the Level 1 and Level 2 support requirements of both entities, including the appropriate service level agreements.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of both MIT and Unitec’s ongoing support function. We are looking for a partner moving forward to provide support for several years. With the changing landscape in the wider sector, this presents an opportunity to be part of the change and add real value to the New Zealand tertiary sector.

Anticipated commencement of the new contract is October 2021 subject to successful transmission from the current to the new provider of services.
