P2025-284 Clive WWTP Outfall Pump Station and Land Based Outfall Works
Hastings District Council (HDC) wishes to receive registrations of interest from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors. The work is within the East Clive Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and will involve three main areas of construction:
1. The replacement of approximately 150 metres of manifold and land-based outfall pipe with a OD1400 diameter PE100 SDR13.6 pipe.
2. The replacement of three existing with three 400 kilowatt pumps in the existing PS1.
3. The construction of an additional pump station (PS2) approximately 6 metre in diameter by 9 metre depth. Construction of the PS2 is required to augment the PS1 pumping capacity to manage the long-term future design flow requirements, but to also manage temporary flows during the construction phase of the other upgrade work.
This is the first stage of a two-stage tender, only respondents who meet all pre-conditions and minimum criteria for an outline construction methodology will be considered for participation in the Request for Tender phase.
