Oranga Tamariki is seeking to strengthen its project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) environment by implementing an integrated enterprise tool that can provide a single, reliable source of truth for investment information, delivery and financial performance, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation. The organisation currently relies on a mix of disconnected systems and manual processes, which create inefficiencies and limit the ability to produce timely, accurate and actionable insights.

As the organisation’s P3M processes have matured, the existing tools are no longer able to meet current expectations or support the level of analytical insight, transparency and consistency required. A modern P3M solution is needed to support standardised lifecycle management, improve governance and auditability, improve prioritisation and resource allocation, and provide enhanced visibility (and efficiency) of portfolio, programme and project health, risks, dependencies and benefits tracking.
