PNCC - 24_046 - WWTP Biogas System Improvements

The scope of the work is fully described in the RFT Section B.2, summarised as follows:
• Moving all hazardous areas and pipework carrying flammable and toxic gases out of buildings and occupied spaces
• All non-metallic components will be removed from the gas mixing system and replaced with compliant (Stainless Steel) components installed on an above ground support network to the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) engine
• Installation of new pipework with increased capacity
• Noise reduction work on the gas mixing blower
• Windsor Flare will be relocated and software modified
• Modifications to control the vacuum applied to extract the landfill gas.
