The Ministry for Pacific Peoples invites Registrations of Interest (RoI) for the Pacific Building Affordable Homes Fund.

The Pacific Building Affordable Homes Fund aims to increase Pacific homeownership rates by supporting the building of affordable homes for eligible Pacific families to purchase for homeownership; and encouraging innovative approaches to housing and/or development design that ensure the needs and aspirations of Pacific families, including multigenerational living are met.

This RoI is a two-stage process and open to Pacific organisations, private developers, iwi/Māori, and non-governmental organisations. We particularly invite responses that are able to complete developments on Pacific owned land and organisations working in partnership with Pacific communities. We also welcome partnerships between non-Pacific and Pacific organisations. Shortlisted respondents will be invited to respond to the Request for Proposal stage.
